Forge WorldWarhammer obviously have a stunning miniature of Vulkan for the Horus Heresy game, but I don't play that game, my Salamanders army is definitively a 40k army. When I saw this third-party "dragon lord" online, I thought: since Guilliman and the Lion have returned, why shouldn't Vulkan as well!
